To Blog or Not to Blog...That is the ?

I have recently heard about some horrible things happening to parents who innocently printed pictures of their children and the worker printing those pictures turned them in because those pictures had some of their kids private parts. Long story short their kids were taken away for a month while they were being investigated. HORRIBLE HUH!! They said that the result would have been much worse if the pictures would have been on the internet instead of printed. Who hasn't taken a picture of a nasty diaper or of their kid playing in the bath. We all try and cut out all of the parts but it doesn't always necessarily happen...
Besides that incident I have been considering not blogging just because I never keep up on it and it has become almost a chore instead of enjoyment. I love keeping in touch with everybody but is it really worth the risk? I am heavily considering getting my last couple years of blogging printed into a book and then just dedicating more time to my digital scrapbooking instead of blogging.

If any of you have an opinion or a great place to get my blog printed please let me know.

A Few of Our Favorite Things to Do While Hanging Out..

My girls really like just hang around our house. Here are a few of the common events going on at our house. Sorry for the ants video, I selected the wrong one and didn't notice until after and it takes so long to upload videos I didn't have the heart just to erase it. At least my girls like collecting bugs so it still fits.

Dancing and Singing, ALWAYS

ANTS- can you see them?

Bear Lake Experiences

We finally talked Addy into letting grandpa take her for a ride in the tube

Addy and Rylee loved playing in the tube on the beach with their cousin Bensen

Addy learned how to make sand angels

Rylee learned how to fall in the sand

Take a look

I have created a TON of new bands because I recently discovered an awesome company to get more beads from. Take a look, my link is on the side (Keisel Kreations). Here are a few of my favorites...

Host a Party!

It's getting to be that time of year. . . boutiques, parties, & fun. Also- starting to think about Christmas ( I know it is disgusting to say).
Anyway, let me know if you are interested in having an open house. It is super easy, you open your house :) and I do the rest. I get you invitations, provide my own tables and usually bring my watches, hair bows, wooden crafts, and I can even bring my stuff to etch casserole dishes (or whatever you want) on the spot. I also have a friend that does super cute earrings. We have actually started to work together to get some matching sets that are way cute.
You get some free stuff and a great discount!

Most of all. . . it is fun to just get together and talk!

Always doing something

Rylee seems to be always doing something that results in her getting hurt or in trouble. Yesterday, I got her out of the bath and put on her diaper. Then I went to get her sister out of the bath. As I was sitting there talking to Addy, Rylee followed me into the bathroom carrying her "baby" (her cabbage patch baby doll). It took her no time at all to throw her doll into the bath. I hurried and grabbed the baby out and Rylee started to cry because I took the baby out. So I quickly grabbed a towel and wrapped her baby up just like I do Rylee after her bath and handed her the baby. She was satisfied and walked into her room carrrying the doll saying "diaper, diaper, diaper." (Acuatually ipper, ipper, ipper)

This was for Natalie, thanks for the cabbage patch dolls at each of my girls first birthdays. They both still play with them all the time. Rylee's is very nice and clean and Addyson's has lipstick all over it that I can't get off because about a year and a half ago she was really quiet so I went to find her and she was "putting makeup on" for her baby (literally). THANKS! If you have a girl I might have to carry on the tradition.

Better late than never. . . Bear Lake

The last week in June we went to Bear Lake with Bryan's family, it was a ton of fun. We stayed at the KOA in Garden City. The KOA was an awesome place to stay. They had flush toilets, showers, cabins or campsites, a pool, mini golf, ping pong, pool, hay rides, and a little convenience store. This is the cabin that my family stayed in.

Addy loved hanging out with her Aunt Alisha, she thought that she was as old as Alisha.
This is her VERY mature aunt teaching her how to walk and dance like a chicken. She also taught her how to walk like a gangly looking dinosaur!

The delightful "hayride" went around the campground. It was actually lots of fun. They even stopped and asked historical questions about Bear Lake and gave away candy if you knew the answers.

We had fun playing at the park

Such an accomplishment, Addy is scared of heights.

We had fun playing mini golf. Addy tried hard to do her best, if she didn't think her best was good enough she would pick up her ball and put it where she wanted it. In the mean time Rylee was picking up every one elses golf balls and putting them in the hole for us. I ended up with many "hole-in-ones".

Grandma Keisel helping Rylee

We were each in charge of decorating a hiking stick. I think that Addyson's turned out the best. Both girls had a TON of fun painting them although Rylee's jelly shoes still have green paint on them. Mine was also pretty amazing, I have googly eyes all over my stick because it is my "all seeing" stick. Just holler if you need to know your future.

All of the pictures from the beach (including my gigantic sand turtle) are still with Bryan's parents because of course I forgot to take my camera! I will try and post them later.

Thanks again Grandma and Grandpa Keisel, this trip was a lot of fun. Our whole family really enjoyed it.

Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July everyone! We had a great 4th. We went to my parent's and went swimming, roasted hot dogs, and watched fireworks. Then we headed towards home and watched Hooper's fireworks before coming home. Once again I uploaded all the pictures backwards and don't want to deal with it, sorry.

I was impressed, Hooper's show was 30 minutes long. They were pretty good.

An great picture of a fountain taken by my wonderful husband.

The kids LOVED the fireworks but they ABSOLUTELY loved when it was their turn to pick the next firework.

Who doesn't love a good sparkler.

I LOVE the cabin!

First off- THANKS mom and dad for letting me hitch a ride to the cabin with my girls while Bryan stayed home and worked. We had a ton of fun.
One of the mornings this mommy moose and baby were licking the salt lick. The baby was SO small. Sorry the pictures are crappy I was taking them through the window so I didn't scare them away.

How tender. . . Sisters holding hands walking together.
(yes I told Addy to hold her hand so I could get a picture :( )

Addyson loves going in the outhouse. Rylee loves wondering down the path and bothering whoever is in the outhouse.

While we were there we moved the fire pit and put pavers around it. Doesn't it look nice.

Addy always had to make sure Grandpa's tractor was clean.

It was so nice when Addyson would sit and push Rylee, they would both sit and be entertained for a long time.

Addy helped us clear all of the little tree starts out of the clearing in front of the cabin.

What's camping without a treat. Rylee LOVES her oreos.

I think every Rhino ride ends in a nap. Don't worry- Rylee is still alive although it looks like she couldn't breathe.

Rylee sweeping the dirt, what a helper.

The girls helping Grandma, we pulled up the old deck while we were there so that we can build a new one this summer.

Happy Father's Day!

I just want to let Bryan know how much I love and appreciate him. He is the best dad out there. His little girls love him to pieces and so does his wife. He is always there for us and will always put up with me. Thank you for always being so patient with all of us, WE LOVE YOU!!!

Sorry Father's Day isn't going to be exciting but hopefully you will have fun using your new dutch oven stuff! (and your new car)

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all of the men out there!!!!!

We love you Bryan.

Our First Dance Recital... What a Treat!

Addy was LOTS of fun to watch at her recital. During the dress rehearsal she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Her teacher even went up on the stage and tried to get her to dance. I was laughing so hard I couldn't even hold the camera. At one point her hat was bugging her so she took it off and came and handed it to me on the edge of the stage. Then on her way back she tripped over her neighbors tea cup and saucer and broke it. Between breaking tea cups and using her neighbors tea cups- I think she managed to make 3 out of 8 girls cry during one little dance. She had two recitals that were exactly the same. She did a little of the dance the first night and even more of the dance the second night. If she would have had about ten recitals we might have seen her do the entire dance seeing how much she improved each night. Of course there are MANY other things I would rather do than sit through a dance recital. Thanks to all of the family that came and supported Addy, she really LOVED having you see her dance (or stand there).

Miscellaneous

e
Here is a BUNCH of pictures so that I feel nice and caught up with our blog.

Addy and Spencer enjoying an Easter egg hunt at our house, sorry you were sick Trevor!

Some cute vinyl letters I cut out for my mother-in-law. Sorry it's sideways.
I got this cool program that lets me use ALL of my fonts off of my computer instead of having to buy all of the Cricut cartiridges, it is SUPER cool.

Addy- I just thought that I would let you know that sometimes she looks like Punky Brewster when we go to church, oh well, as long as we go, right?

Skiing- Addy's new winter past time. She has absolutely loved it every time. She does really well and loves to sing as she is going down the hill. I have a small video down at the bottom.

My spring blocks, I love them. Let me know if you would like some

Rylee's favorite past time- making a mess of everything.

Lobster- I don't know if you remember Lobster from a few posts ago but he needed a haircut and so Addyson performed this task. She did a great job, I think that he thought he was in the military after she was done.

Before
After

Rylee LOVES to eat everything! It is usually this messy too!

Spaghetti

Rylee loves the bath and so whenever she hears the shower she quickly goes into the bathroom and tried to crawl into the shower with you. She always ends up soaking wet because she doesn't give up until you are out of the shower.

Texturing the wall in my family room. There is a video with the finished product at the bottom. This is now my favorite wall in my house. Addy has quite a few pair of boy undies because you can't get Madagascar or Lightning McQueen in girls. Seeing that she has no other use she has turned the front of her underwear into pockets. Isn't that clever.

What Rylee did while we were refinishing the family room.

Bryan getting ready to primer the family room.

Lobster a few days before his haircut.

Painting the family room and Addy skiing with her Grandpa Barney. I really don't neglect Rylee and we didn't make her sit and walk in circles the entire time we did the family room, just a good chunk of time :)

Good job for getting down to the bottom of this post. I am sorry that some of the pictures are in a weird order, I am still working on mastering what order to load my pictures.

Have a great day!!!
